We assist in all matters related to the family, such as the drafting of prenuptial agreements, cohabitees agreements, wills, deed of gift, estate inventory and similar actions. We also assist in legal disputes concerning custody, inheritance, property division. We do this as a representative of the party before the court, estate administrator or the officiant for property division. We are also often hired as estate administrator and as the officiant for property division, after a court order. We then deal with these matters impartially and shift estates and establishes property divisions.
